Who we are

When you use our forms, we receive the information you enter. We also keep the request date, originating page, and the permission wording and time associated with a monthly-report opt-in.
Please do not use website forms to send Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card information, passwords, or other sensitive documents.

A complimentary report request does not enroll you in future monthly reports. Monthly reports are optional and require the separate unchecked permission option to be selected. You can unsubscribe at any time through an unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting jonandjessreal@gmail.com. We may still respond to a new request you make after unsubscribing.

Report links and property-specific information
Community market-report links are shareable and are not password-protected. A page kept out of search results is not a private page. Personalized property-specific timing briefs are delivered privately rather than placed in the public Report Library.

How long information is retained depends on the purpose of the request, the ongoing service relationship, applicable real estate recordkeeping requirements, and the records maintained by our service providers. Contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable recordkeeping obligations before completing a request.

We use hosted website, email, and contact-management services to process information. No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Contact us if you believe information has been disclosed improperly.
