Jessica's background spans Texas, the Netherlands, New York City, and California. Her experiences in different communities shape the way she listens, communicates, and connects with clients. She offers service in English and Spanish.

Before real estate, Jessica worked as a surgical assistant and fitness trainer and founded Ganas Community Space in Garberville, California. That blend of client care and entrepreneurship informs her thoughtful, organized approach to helping people plan a move.

Years living off-grid on 120 acres in Northern California gave Jessica firsthand experience with rural living and land ownership. She brings that perspective to conversations about acreage, wells, septic systems, and the practical responsibilities of a rural property.
